Common complaints
- ✗SMS confirmation code doesn't arrive or arrives with delay37% of mentions
«Worst app I've ever used. Couldn't log in! Spent two days on and off trying with no results! Support claims they're sending SMS, but they never reach my phone!»
- ✗Price changes during checkout (e.g., advertised free shipping becomes paid)7% of mentions
«At checkout it was marked as free, so I selected it. But at payment instead of ~2000₽, everything cost 2970₽.»

- ✗App freezes, crashes, animations overlap, gestures don't work correctly17% of mentions
«animations overlap each other, especially on startup, sorting doesn't work, neither by price nor by date. gesture control doesn't work, swiping back instead of returning to the previous screen crashes the whole app.»
- ✗Favorites list scrambles in chaotic order after each refresh, no sorting available13% of mentions
«Every time I add or remove an item, or accidentally refresh the page, the favorites list scrambles in a chaotic order. It's inconvenient to work with. And there's no sorting at all.»
