Common complaints

• ✗Lost packages, delivery delays35% of mentions

«Lost my package with expensive items, strung me along for half a year with promises — soon, soon we'll deliver — and then said they lost it and refunded only 800₽»

• ✗Non-functional support (bots instead of people)25% of mentions

«Only a bot responds and you have to choose from the questions it offers. When placing an order I specify delivery... they can't connect me with a manager (a real person)»

• ✗App blocked when VPN is enabled10% of mentions

«Doesn't work with VPN... It's extremely inconvenient to constantly reconnect»

• ✗Low performance, freezes, loading errors20% of mentions

«The app works terribly, loads pages very slowly, constantly shows an error saying there's no connection»

• ✗Degraded navigation (removed categories, broke brand search)10% of mentions

«Previously in the product card you could go to the category to see all similar items. Now instead of that there's just a feed of "similar" items — no sorting, no seller selection. Navigation is broken»
